West 31st

Rooted in the character of the original 1800s Victorian home, this renovation thoughtfully reimagined the kitchen and created a stronger connection between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Throughout the home, traditional detailing such as egg and dart molding, intentional proportions, and custom cabinetry were carefully considered to preserve the historic spirit of the house. Historic at heart, but designed for everyday life.
